Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. How to request cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (by email or contact form) by the person who booked the tour.
The date on which we receive your written request will be considered the official “cancellation date.”
2. Cancellation charges (per person / per booking)

59–45 days before departure 15–20% of total tour cost
44–30 days before departure 25–30% of total tour cost
29–15 days before departure 50% of total tour cost
14–8 days before departure 75% of total tour cost
7 days or less before departure, or “no-show” No refund (100% cancellation fee)
3. Special conditions
If third-party services are involved (e.g. hotels, special-season bookings, festivals, visa-related bookings), their own cancellation policies may apply in addition, and you may be liable for those charges.
Once the tour has commenced (or if you leave mid-tour), no refund will be provided for unused services (hotels, transport, meals, sightseeing etc.).
If cancellation is due to “force majeure” events (natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, etc.), the company reserves the right to either offer a refund (after deducting non-recoverable costs) or to reschedule the tour.
4. Refund processing
Refund (if any) will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer or card) within 15–30 days of confirmation of cancellation.
Bank/transaction charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
5. Booking confirmation and deposit
A non-refundable deposit (e.g. 10% of total cost or a fixed amount) will be required to confirm booking.
Final payment must be made at least 21–30 days before departure — if not received, booking may be automatically cancelled (with deposit forfeited).
